We want you to love your Parent Plays guide. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to every digital guide we sell.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to find your order.
  2. Follow the steps to request a refund for your purchase.
  3. Or email us at hello@parentplays.store with your order number and we'll help you through the process.

When you'll receive your refund

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

After a refund

Once your refund is processed, the license to use the corresponding PDF guide ends and you are asked to delete any downloaded copies from your devices.
