Parent Plays is operated by João Carlos Lourenço Corino Silvério ("we", "us", "our"), an individual sole trader (the "Seller"). When you purchase from or use Parent Plays you are entering into an agreement with the Seller.
By accessing or using parentplays.store, or by purchasing any of our digital guides, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.
If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If purchasing as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.
Parent Plays sells downloadable PDF parenting guides for personal, non-commercial use. Each purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the guide for your household. You may print copies for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share the files.
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
All content on parentplays.store, including the guides, text, illustrations, layouts, logos, and branding, is owned by the Seller and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We retain all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information at checkout (including a valid email address so we can deliver your download link) and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your email or account.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

We work hard to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or downloads, without refund where reasonable, in cases of: material breach of these Terms, non-payment or chargeback abuse, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the products is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where applicable law prohibits such exclusion.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
